Long time no update

Yeah, no update for a while. Exams mainly. Also just laziness, but annnnnnyway....

Exams, not fun. The week was horrid -_-
And results are noooooot good =(

Saturday was the highlight of the time between blogs. Woke up early and got ready to go to a gig (School of Rock in the Roisin Dubh. Battle of the Bands by RTE pretty much). Met Eoghan while walking the dog, had a chat and planned to meet up with him later if he didnt go to the gig.

Walked in with Andrew and soon after Aaron. We got in a bit late, but thankfully it started late (Like most gigs really). Mac Tire started off. They were very good, loved the lead guitarists guitar. Odd shaped guitars for the win! Next was Ruiteog. Also good! Full Moon at Noon were hailed as the "Only all-girl band". Good on them for that, though was a bit....lacking. Lacking everything in the first song with only singing and a bit of guitar, bit better for the second song.  The there was The Temporary. A more punk band, with a singing drummer which made me think of Phil Collins......Anyway, they had great stage antics with good music. Finally there was....TRANS-FUCKING-GRESS! The band I went to see! The crowd was predominantly fans judging by the screams when they came out. They blew away the competition!

Slight intermission where the judges "conversed". Juno Falls came on as a distraction, good though not really my type of music. Nice acoustic songs lead to a swaying line of most of the crowd =)

The judges come back out and announce the winner.....TRANSGRESS! Not really to hard ^_^

After the gig, went home with Andrew and Eoghan who appeared at the end of the gig (too bad). Aaron left to pick up guests for his party. We walk home, eat, and then meet at Eoghans house and go out to Wellpark. A grand 2 games of bowling with much antics had by all. Next some arcade games, including me and Rory playing DDR. Why do only I find that fun.....

Finally to Squareyes! Andrew wasnt able to give us a lift *cough* nice one *cough*, but thankfully Jason and his girlfriend gave us a lift. ( I cant spell her name and will save everyone the embarassement of trying). We arrive at squareyes before everyone else and me, Andrew and Jason all play some rousing games of Go Fish and Snap! Fun times had by all! When everyone else arrives and is ready, Aaron, Brian and I play some Rock Band for an hour while the others played some Left 4 Dead.

Good times had by all!

It's Alive!

Slight delay in blogging, time has been scarce and there hasn't been much to blog about really. Sunday was a drag really, woke up late, spent day at home. Found Neverwinter Nights though my computer crashes when I try and run it. Oblivion though =D

Monday was a usual Monday. Tired, not looknig forward to the week. Thankfully most teachers seem to just revise stuff and tell us about the tests. So some good is coming from them.....

Also, no alarms went off in shops. Found a security tag in my wallet. Guess it got reactivated or something.....I hope.....

AND I MISSED HEROES!!!! Damn "I'm a Celeberty Get Me Out Of Here" displaced the Heroes times =(

Tuesday was good thanks to no school. Went down to Shannon to "Atlantic Adven-" I mean "Airventure".  Physics classes and Aaron, so it was all good on bus. Actually place was alright, though talks were a little....lacking in excitement. McDonalds for lunch. Same as everywhere else in taste =P

Then back for the simulator! Well, MFS-X with a yoke, pedals and in a box. The good ones were broken/to expensive apparently. Aaron and I were in the same plane, he gets a perfect flight from Shannon to Kerry despite the lady's doubts and complaints. I think he was the only one.....

My turn was a wobbly flight half way to Kerry before Mr. Doheny convinced me to try crashing into the ground and cutting off the engines in midair, etc. What a great guy....

Got back near 5, no study thankfully. Walked home with Rory and Aaron. Fairly uneventful.

Wednesday, the usual. All teachers just on about the exams next week. Greeeeeeat...

Now that this is done, can watch Heroes in peace...

First There Was Nothing; Which Then Exploded

Well, I guess I have jumped on the train with everyone else, with this "blogging" thing. Prepare to become bored! Resistence is futile! Unless you simply don't read. Please don't!

Won't bother with an introduction for now. Time for some action! Kinda....

Anyway, Saturday as usual. Got up around noon. Jobs and stuff til around 3 when I met with the lads. Time for some Payne. Max Payne! We make our way into town to waste some time for a bit. Turns out its NOT my belt that is setting stuff. And after Andrew carried everything through without incident, its not just one thing. The plot thickens....

We plod on to the cinema and go to an almost completely empty of Max Payne. No surprises there I guess. The movie was good for the action, despite slightly generic plot. And some things which were serious but really just hilarious. A good movie, but not fantastic. Ice cream was good though =D

After the movie, Andrew had to hang around town for some male-male bonding time with his father at a play. No idea what one....

Anyway, we decide to stay in town for a bit. Go to Ed's for Aaron to get some food and head to the Squareyes for some gaming time. Cod5 Zombie = win!  ^_^

Andrew ends up having to leave early for the play, leaving a corpse to help. Then Tim gets in some action with a pistol =) Before we get slaughtered.

Eoghan and I decide to call it an evening and head home. Drizzle is no deterent!

Now I am home, pretty bored, so decided to write this. Will it remain updated? Will the mystery of the alarms be discovered? Will I find my Neverwinter Night's Disc?

Find out next time!
